Could there be a new character to the last blade series named Miller, a man from Virginia, USA who left the civil war, only to be fighting other people. He uses a cutlass and a revolver in his fights and he is fast but weak.

Capcom's CVS2 sprites for Hibiki are infinitely better than this.
