This is not a dragon, it is a traditional lion dance!!! This dance signifies the bringing of fortune and prosperity to the owner of business (person who hired the dance), that red costume guy with weird headgear is the 'God of Fortune', receiving a red packet from him or by just touching his body, it would bring you good fortune in the Year of the Rabbit ;)

Happy Lunar New Year 2011! I am afraid to say that this is not a dragon but a traditional southern Chinese 'LION' dance =)
