Chocolate gobo stick recipe チョコごぼうスティックのレシピ

Ingredient (For two).
gobo (burdock) One
chocolate 1/2
salt a little
flour a little

材料（２人分）
ごぼう　１本
市販のチョコ　２分の１枚
塩　適量
小麦粉　適量

ポッキーをイメージしましたが、結果的に「小枝」みたいになりました。
今回使ったチョコが甘めだったので、塩味のごぼうスティックがちょど良くていいバランスでした。
全部チョコをコーティングする場合は、甘すぎないチョコを使った方がいいと思います。
