The Commonwealth Games opening was awesome. so much was told about the culture of India. The diversity of India is big, the world looked at Delhi this evening and it was a good one

They announce the host 8yrs before the actual game, like beijing got rights to 2008 olympics in 2000. I don't know exacts, but its roughly two terms. I don't know what India cares about, but I agree with you, its obviously not the Commonwealth games.
