If You Shout

There's really no good story behind this fanvid. I think it was the combination of end-of-term stress, listening to my Era CD over and over and over, and watching Hellsing twice in as many days -- plus a healthy lack of sleep and discovering that, while my copy of Premiere still refuses to do transitions, it has opacity sliders. Things kind of snowballed from there. It's rough, partially because the only video ripper I have takes almost /two hours/ to get fifteen minutes off my DVDs -- but just for Hellsing. Probably could've found better clips to use if I'd been patient, but ... well, I'm not.

My first completed fanvid. I feel very accomplished, and procrastinatory.

Now that I'm done, I can say in all honesty that the title is misleading. It /is/ the title of the song used, but aside from Integra's screech at the beginning, there's very little shouting overall. The lyrics fit less well than they had in my early conceptions of what this would turn out like, but more than anything else, the sound of the song seems to fit Hellsing altogether -- mass meets techno.
