when you cast veng the next thing that inflicts damage on you vengance will hit them aswell as your attack, like ring of recoil but better hits.

lol if the person you r fighting hits you...he gets dealt like....most of dat damage 2...so if u can hit him high then he hits u high...basically u r most likely going to win lol
