i am super excited to sing this tonight at my concert!
its amazing..., and we sound great doing it!

Is music a competition? of course verdis requiem is wonderful too. You are a poor man that you are not touched by mozart!

Verdi's dies irae is much better... in every way

Mozart had two sons. He was 35 when he died :(

He did die younger than he should have... T^T
If he was alive by at least one more year, he couldve finished Lacrimossa...-sigh-

The document I read on Mozart's requiem series implies Mozart wrote 'em, but it also states the craft is still under debate of who did it. All in all, Mozart did die young.

His later more depressing music was inspired by the loss of his mother. Thats where Lacrimosa comes in. Its too bad Lacrimosa was never finished, it would have been the greatest of all Mozart's songs. =[

His mother died when he was like 22. His A minor sonata, E minor violin sonata were composed during that period.
