CSIS offers $3,000 for global health stories & ideas

The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) invites you to share your story at www.smartglobalhealth.org/stories. This contest offers scholarships and prizes to the very best global health stories and ideas. Christine Khosropour, graduate student in epidemiology at Emory University, shares her story on Capital Hill in Washington, D.C. She shares her experience of learning the complexities of water management problems in communities. In Ghana, she informed community members about methods for water treatment and established personal connections. These connections allowed her to "put a face to the numbers" to global health programs.
