That is Damn Good! I thought you done a good job, Those high notes are a real bastard to get.
Want to have some fun? Put a Trumpet mouth piece in a Trombone! Now you have a slide to play with and have Trumpet notes! Cool! done it a few times.... Had a Olds Trombone.

@perry367 Only 1 advice, practice scales, scales and more scales, start at low C play the scale and go further with C# an so on and so on. do that EVERY day.
Get your hand on the Arban Book and practice that to.
There are no "magic" tricks to get up in range, just practice, and you will get there.
