Where does one find a stunning blue les paul like the one you have in the Dimarzio interview? Unreal! Plus, you're pretty dang talented. :)

Great stuff! I was curious which guitar you prefer, the Musicman or the Les Paul? I bet Larry Dimarzio's 59 Les Paul was SWEET!!

How much positive influence did your dad have in your pursuit of learning Jimmy Page's style of soloing?

Hey, wannabehendrix... the wah at the end is a Jimmy (and Jimi)-approved mid-70's Crybaby. I got it from my dad. :-)

@gretchenmenn Hey it's cool u answer e-mails....I fell into your video of When the Levee Breaks...great job....also watched your DiMazzo (sp) interview....I love music and want to learn an insturment...how long does it take to be able to play decent on an electic guitar? I'm older, but have some time and am trying to decide what to take up...harmonica? drums? (Clemintine is awesome)..keyborad...any advice?

@revdennisr Well, I'd have to advise you to go for whatever instrument most calls out to you. I don't mean to be evasive, but they all pose unique challenges, and you'll embrace those challenges if the instrument inherently speaks to you. As with any instrument, the more time and focus you invest, the quicker you'll see results. Aim to allocate at least an hour a day (more if you can), and get a good teacher to get you started. Hang in there through the initial steep learning curve. Good luck!
