Someone needs to google map this location and investigate what is in this location that could cause suh a flash fire if anything. The lights streaming in and out like those landing lights on the death star are the most puzzling. Some said they were cars but I doubt that,

Maybe the little balls of light are quartz friction but that main light is more like a magnesium fire but then no visible damage? Go smash some quartz together you will see sparks and surface burns that last only seconds.
