High Jump Clips

Just some random clips of me high jumping from sophomore, junior year meets and senior year at practice.

first clip was me clearing 5'6" freshman year (hence the crap form).
then the second is of me clearing 5'8" my junior year.
third clip is of me 4-stepping 5' at practice just messing around and the last two are of me working with a spring board at 6'8". my current PR is 6'6".

look, i'm really proud of all you guys and gals and how high you can jump, but i posted this video cuz i was board one day and decided to post a video.

if you want to publicize your high jump achievements in order to get attention, wait till you jump at least 7 feet, then go to a high jump forum start typing.

yeah without. i came really close to getting 6'8", but my legs nicked it :( oh well. but with the spring board, i've gotten 6'10" i think.

u usually use a spring boards or box bout that height to strengthen ur take off leg...its a good practice tool

when i was a freshmen i jumped 8'5". i just didn't want to brag so i didn't tell anyone until now.
