I know how wigs are made from watching wig making videos and reading about wig making, that's how I know.
She could be raising money and that's fine and great... but that box of mixed up hair isn't being made into any wigs... unless it's those clown type fun wigs they make at Halloween.

Now what was the point in shaving their heads? The hair, long, short, different colors/textures and also dyed was all placed in large boxes together. Nobody or no machine is going to sort through all of that and make wigs with it, if that's the idea.
