Kolibri turbine powered Multiplex Twister jet first outing

First trip out with the lambert Kolibri Turbine powered Multiplex Twister. Three sucessful flights were made in total, shame the strip was so wet but no damage done. Everything came together nicely with the bungee launch system working well and the engine performing faultlessly.

Nice twister neil, but i must say where did you get that launch ramp from, its amazing i must have one. Oh nice landing by the way .

i had ordered an Habu to convert but the Flyfly MB339 (see other vids) has proved to be a really nice model with this engine so i have cancelled for the time being. Sure it would be good it might well still be the next conversion

Is the twister glassed?

No, it's a standard Twister with carbon tube main spar, wooden tailplane spar, wooden elevator.  The finish was just Plasticote spray from my local B&Q
