Thank you Anne. That was so nice of u to do. I could have used a longer pan of the food items, but it was all good. You are so giving and kind. You helped me a lot. I will try to love that horrid Greek yogurt and light ranch. FYI. What's ur rule on the last meal of day, estimated time b4 bed. How many calories. Also should all 6 meals b 300 calories each.
great tips! i'm 40 plus pounds down so far, another 30 to go! i am not a vegetarian, but when i eat protein i eat mostly lean meats! subbed, keep he tips comin! congradz on your weight loss!
