I was asked by my family to shoot a video of my dad's last ride home. We put this together on the fly and shot his last ride home as it happend, no retakes. I was hanging out of the back of a moving mini van through most of this video. So please over look the pot holes. Ky 840, St 421 & 119 need's improvement. My dad was brought to my mother and she placed him on the table, she died 11 day's later. Now they sit side by side once again.

@oldtrucker63 I know Dad was happy getting to ride home with you. I know I have been an OTR Trucker for 23 years and local for almost 5 years now, but I still think you are one of the best drivers I know.

My daddy was a long haul trucker for alotta his life...but he ended up driving water truck on a oil rig i knwo how it is...i bawled my eyes out in your video...jason should see this himself...thank you so much....my daddys last rde was his 86 Dodge half ton cause he loed that truck as much as his 79 western star. Mydad died exactly a year after my mom.....god bless the ashphalt cowboys!

@adj56 I tried to contact Jason Aldean with no luck. I would like the chance to film Jason singing this song and shooting some extra footage to add to this video and make this an official music video to Asphalt Cowboy!
