This was probably BUG-BYTES finest hour...amazing stuff for 1984 with 2 channel music and sound effects at the same time. This is the first time I've played the game since then and I can't believe how good it is. I agree about Exploding Fist...too many keys to learn now after all these years, lol!

Omg! I remember this! The music and the strange way the guy falls to the floor. He sits back and sits on his fist. If memory is correct wasn't this one of the first 2 channel sound games? Music plays whilst a sound effect is heard?

For me Way of the Exploding Fist was the all time best Karate game. Way of the tiger was finnicky. Yie ar Kung fu had no gameplay. Pressing kick won all the fights.
