The "elite" chose a black president. Africom is the last piece of their globalisation puzzle. Having a black president be the face of this new "humanitarian effort to protect American security and establish democracy" in a continent of no real interest to the American people but of immense corporate interest to the globalist elite, was a clever move. A black president is a tool to pacify the racist element to this movement as Obama dutifully serves as a wolf in sheep's clothing. So obvious now.

its like that because the resources in every nationj in africa are controlled by western companies, and because there is a massive debt owed by alot of those nations, so it becomes hard for a government in africa to have any sucess in fixing its own problems, its citizens dont realise whos actually preventing progress and they blame their politicians, so civil wars happen. if the west took its hands off africa in every way then african nations could begin to work toward collective good

All the African so-called 'sovereign' nations have caved which goes to something in the nature which betrays itself. Every single nation except Libya (and look what happened to it) and Zimbabwe. And of course Somalia except for the few blocks the US flunky controls.
