It's just good manners. Nothing more rude than some idiot babbling on and on about nothing. I don't understand how people are so stupid they have to be told NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR YOUR PERSONAL BULLSHIT, your at school to learn, not to talk to your little buddy about going to taco bell after class. Be a little respectful to people around you!!

Over the line- I would have told the principal what the teacher did. what if the kid usually turns it on vibrate or turns it off but forgot one day? My english teacher is almost that bad about phones and stuff like that- your parents have to pick the phone or whatever got confiscated up from the office, which is ok, but you also get 2 hour after school detentions for a whole week!!! I got a detention just for writing on the board without permission! GRRRRRR!
