So Ive been meaning to do this for awhile, but Ive decided to redo my diet video. Mainly because of how popular it was, and also because I felt that I had left out some important things before and a lot of people ignore annotations and the side notes. I wrote down everything I wanted to say on paper, but i still forgot a few things so I threw in annotations anyway

in summary:
BE ACTIVE
eat smart
eat when youre hungry, stop when youre full
drink water
and get lots of rest

I hope this helps some of you
so just remember, be smart about it. Its not rocket science

if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me =] i promise ill get back to you. health is something i feel very strongly about, and ill try and help you in anyway i can

  • I agree that weighing yourself can be misleading but if you are overweight having a target weight can really help keep focus. If someone is in the healthy weight range then I think there is no need =)

  • @LaMortImmortelle I agree but sometimes I think target weight goals arent very accurate, I think depending on the person it can be too much or too little

  • When I was around 20 I learned the hard way that my teenager metabulism was no more. But I decided one day that it was time to get rid of it all. I bought high fibre cereal (kellogs allbran without added sugar) and I ate that in the morning and at night before I went to bed. And I drank a lot of white tea (bare in mind, its VERY expensive) which speeds up your metabulism. But I guess what really did it for me was that I started swimming regularly 4-5 times a week =) Start exercising good folks!

  • @Linnywoo haha yup, active lifestyle. I used to swim as well :) its great low impact exercise

    I have some problems with my defecate system.. For normal person i assumed it has to be done at least once for a day,, but for me *its freak* i can to not defecate for 1 week.. Do you ever heard if this problem can make someone's tummy big too?

  • @GEAJesikaChandra not to be weird...or overly personal haha I would talk to your doctor about IBS/Spastic colon. Im a lot like that too, with it being 8+ days at times. And Yes it does make you very bloated when it gets bad. Unfortunately theres no real cure :/ only things you can do and eat to help make it a bit better

  • ok starving yourself is NOT good. if your body doesnt get food, it will begin to eat your internal organs. dont tell me im wrong, LOOK IT UP. why do you think people die? if starving lost FAT, people would get fast then be normal. if you starve you will never be normal ever again. if you really want to loose weight, eat MORE. im not talkin sonic and crap, eat good things like fruits and veggies. its not just that its temporary your body literally eats itself if that dont gross u out u got ISSUES

  • I have a question what do you consider to be a healthy Breakfast(I only have about 5 minutes in the morning too eat) , Lunch ( im at school) and dinner, ( somethings i can ask my Mom too buy insteead of junk food. also what are good, healthy snacks ?

  • After watching your video last night on what you eat, I was really motivated to exercise today. I started back on P90X lol :) I really hope that I can keep up with it. I did really well last year until I got the flu and couldn't keep up with it. I really like your videos a lot. I subbed :)
