The sound of revolt. It is a soft ticking in a box. You hear it only when the explosion comes.
The history of Naples (Italy), my city, is full of uprisings. The poem in the video reminds us two of them. The revolt of Masaniello in 1647 and the four days resulting in the liberation of Naples from German occupation, in 1943, before the arrival of the American Forces.
Il suono della rivolta. E' un ticchettio ovattato dentro un pacco. Lo senti solo quando arriva l'esplosione.
La storia di Napoli, la mia città, è ricca di insurrezioni. La poesia contenuta nel video ne ricorda due. La rivolta di Masaniello del 1647 e le quattro giornate che, nel 1943, hanno liberato Napoli dall'occupazione tedesca, prima dell'arrivo degli americani.
