    would you normally do two square feet at a time before you started detailing, or is that for the sake of the video? and if t is for the sake of the video what is the largest amount you would set before coming back to detail? Aloha

  • @makilikai I'm retired and have no need to be in a hurry, so I do small parts at a time. Using the acrylic in the mix negates the concern for leaving "cold joints". Also, setting time for acrylic concrete is much shorter than regular concrete and if you want to include detail, you can't make up too much at a time unless you have additional help that can get to the detailing before it sets up. I have about an hour's working time with the acrylic concrete before it get too set to work detail.
