@86butterflyGirl That's what I am worrying about. I plan to have the surgery within the next month, but I worry about when the weight slows down. Have you talked to a counselor or gone to one of the support groups? Maybe talk to the doctor about a fill? I don't know. I imagine it can get tough at times. I hope you pull through...good luck to you :)

i am considering the lapband because of diabetes, do you think it'll work? How did it change your eating habits? Is there anything that you can never eat? Any help and advice would be appreciated.

hey you look amazing .... my doctor told me today i need to get it done , I'm fifteen and it really freaks me out . Is there any advice you can give me ?

@starshannaify hi, thanks for your message.Well the best advice i can give you is to follow all the rules that your doctor gives about the lap band. My first 2 months after getting operated i walked 1h about every day.Then i slowly started going to the gym.What exactly freaks you out about all of this?

@10happyb .Hi tanks for your message.It took me 6 months to lose it.After it got slow.I gained 6 lbs since last april.Been struggling to lose it again.I would like to lose atleast an other 10-15 lbs. What about you ?
