Use a pedometer and count your steps. The goal is 10,000 steps a day. 2,000 steps equals one mile. Burn 100 calories per mile. Mike shows you how. http://livelife365.blogspot.com/2011/06/walking-new-york.html

  • The real secret to exercise is doing something you like.

  • @shaggar70 so true, walking is not only good for you but fun...peace

  • We walked around a Lake nearby and burnt 1550 calories, it was 10miles. Granted I'm a bit of a heavy guy (Over 100kg), but it was fun and burnt calories. On another note, I normally cycle 6 - 10mi a day and that's really helping out.

  • @killgroup walking rocks...peace

  • Yup, I got my pedometre the other day. Great invention! I love it, and do around 15,000 steps per day. I love it.

  • @dylandebbiesteph 15k steps is awesome...keep it up...peace
