Funny to see a flag with 48 stars....and realize that it has been almost 50 years exactly since Alaska and Hawaii have become states! Celebrate the heritage of these young states! 50 years and hopefully 500 more!

I had forgotten that this film was made before Alaska & Hawaii statehood. 1959 wasn't it? I hate to admit it, but the same year as my birth.
