One of the few crashes iv seen where i was actually in fear that the driver was killed.
Another one was Ralph Schumacher's Indy crash in 2004.

Can't stand American commentators - every word is spoken like an advertisement for a cheesy hardcore action movie. Can't even say Kubica correctly lol.
But in all seriousness, he was incredibly lucky to survive that. If anyone had seen Grand Prix The Killer Years, then you'd all be giving shells075 more thumbs up. The madness of the cars in the 60's though. Glad to see F1 is miles safer these days.

@The3rdsecondmemory Fair enough I stand corrected.... I should have been more clear. My point is that this is in reality a much more serious incident, yet he still lives and races. A testament to the safety of modern formula 1 cars.
