Alternatively use Netbeans 7.1 ! I've used Eclipse in past and use Netbeans now. While Eclipse/Aptana shines in many areas, Netbeans 7.1 for PHP rocks !! On Yii forums, checkout the thread on Yii plugin for Netbeans that permits in-IDE generation and use or commadline tools, code-navigation, refactoring etc., the works.

I recommend you the IDE aptana. Eclipse based but supports php and other web stuff out of the box (ruby on rails...)
