i understand how this would work with a still frame (photo). but how can the light graffiti be seen on a video? -especially if you and everything else aroung you is clear and appear like a normal video?

i guess my question is- how can you have the light compiled from several seconds show up while you and your background show up normally without overlapping images like the light?

I am guessing here. I think what he is using is a camera that's taking continuous shots with a little of expo. After the shots he can Photoshop them up or tire them together and place each shot as a frame for video movement. It is a lot of work!
