  • Great job on the results, huge difference. Any reason you started waxing your chest by the end of the P90X workout? Is that just a natural reaction to being ripped?

  • lol Thanks! I shaved my chest one time at my wives request. It had very little to do with the p90x workout. :)

  • You look extremely uncomfortable doing that flex

  • Yeah, you probably didn't read my blog post on that day but I took that pic right after my workout and my body was so tired that I could barely even lift my arms.

  • Wow, that's an incredible transformation. Bye bye belly flabs! :) Nice work, keep going!

  • Thank you. Every day I'm a little bit closer to reaching my goals!

  • did you improve on your workouts as time went by because im on week three and i don't see myself doing any better man

  • @Val7898 --Power 90 is awesome for people who have never worked out, or haven't worked out in years, or have been sick. I had several illnesses that drastically stripped the muscle off of me, and Power 90 has been a godsend! I think your mom would get more benefit from p90x if she started with Power 90 first!

  • @Val7898 yeh it is im getting my mom to do it.

  • Hey, um do you think power 90 really helped? cuz like i want my mom to do p90x but i thought it wud b too hard for her so i thought power 90 would be better for starters.. so i want to know if it really helped or was it worth it..

  • awesome results!

  • You can if you would like. I would recommend starting with one or the other and then slowly add in more workouts as your body gets used to the work.
