Hmm, wonder how this fits in to the socialist healthcare scheme.
Scenario 1) Patient refuses treatment. Patient get sicker, wants traditional treatment. Government loses money.
Scenario 2) Patient gets tip of finger cut off. Patient refuses conventional treatment. Patient gets gangrene and dies. Loss of a productive worker, government loses tax revenue.
It would seem obvious that people need protecting from their own stupidity.

It's actual I did the same thing and I didn't use drugs for it.
You basically keep the blood flowing; and it heals at the edges over time; since all cells regenerate as a natural order - you can stimulate the progressive regrowth through keeping the wound open and allow it pseudo heal.
I didn't know they had "drugs" that help. I slammed my finger in a car door lost the tip and the nail; over about 30 days it grew back.
Also I sliced the tip of my finger off with a knife same thing.
