I would say the mass introduction/production of the graphics user interface made access to computers expand like nothing else. Would we have the same mass communications network that we have today otherwise? Would you be able to make this commercial otherwise? I agree change is needed, but change requires networking and communication. Jobs and Woz brought us this...
