There was! Sadly in the 60's the railroad's right of way between St. Helena and Calistoga was abandoned. We all wish that the train could still run to Calistoga

You know what would be super cool would be if they could extend the Napa Valley Wine Train route north to the town of Calistoga. I think there used to be a RR line through going from St. Helena through Calistoge at one time way back in the day according to Wikipedia.
