Intelligence is a sub-set of consciousness but not the other way around. No one anywhere has been able to simulate consciousness in a computer program. That's what the Turing Test was really about; to pass you have to be convinced that an intelligence consciousness is responding to you on the other side of the keyboard/terminal.Google for all its billions and hype has yet to do that.
