Search regulated estate agents at www.naea.co.uk. UK property market report for June 2011. Despite the difficult economy there are encouraging signs indicating improvements in the current housing market.
You would think the debt problems in Europe and America would have a big impact on the UK property market?
In fact we are moving in a far more positive direction as statistics show a great improvement from previous months.
Although the number of first time buyers along with house hunters have fluctuated, the overall number of sales has increased. Obtaining a mortgage has become slightly easier accompanied by the number of sales per branch which has escalated greatly and is at the highest level since 2009!
Despite the problems in the economy the market has not dropped and the results from these statistics are very encouraging and can only get better! Check your local market and consult with a local National Association of Estate Agents member.
