For the second year, winners are determined by online voting at amavote.com, the official voting location. Votes were collected from October 14 to November 7. blissta07 - Barack applied for a job at the WHITE HOUSE and he was not turned down, so what would make you think that BlackTree TV would not hire you because you are white. Are black people not welcome to a WHITE CHRISTMAS, or are they incapable of telling a WHITE LIE? I mean, where does this logic come from. I actually own WhiteTree Media also, if it makes you feel any better. If you take a look at our program we both feature and employ several "non black" people, get a grip.

I think that's discrimination in itself, now Im not saying just because it's black tree you only hire black employees, Im just saying there are people out there that throw their race in your face so you see nothing but their color at not see them as just people.

There are a number of companies and groups that use the name "white" that you would not place the same caricature on. So I find that ignorant. Did you look up White Zombies and accuse them of discrimination? Did u call the network stations that were not employing black producers and employees and not showing programming for African American culture and accuse them of that?

i also wonder that when there are Jewish centers, does that discriminate against Christians? I mean, you say this world cracks me up, but maybe you should try to learn a little from this world by stepping outside of your world. Maybe you should figure out the origin of companies such as BET, and Telemundo and than realize that although we all share this world together equally, it does not mean that we do not have different cultures and interest.

Black is also a marketing demographic and while other stations dont say "white" the black demographic is excluded from their target audience. We dont have the legends that we used to partly because the industry of today so programs like blacktree are absolutely necessary.

@blissta07 True sm people may but BETs mor about culture.There are white artist/celebs represented on BET. Plus"chill out" there are very few programs n stations that cater to broad af am perspectives and entertainment. BET doesnt even cover enough of it. It has gone pop so there is really no good quality programming(where I am alwe hav is bet) for the black culture(an audience,segment,market, not just race). Hopefully this gives u and others with a similar point of view a better understanding.
