Ingredients (makes 2):

2 bread rolls
4 chicken tenderloins
1 cup plain flour seasoned with salt and pepper
1 cup dried bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs

2 large slices virginia ham
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar / tasty cheese
Spring onions / scallions for topping
Any fresh salad toppings you desire
