My heart is heavy with this senseless loss. Mr. Russert was a hero to many of us, not just for his high journalistic standards, but for his roles as father, husband, and friend to the NBC family. I cannot imagine how we're going to get through the most important election in over 50 years without Mr. Russert to guide us. May we find the strength to hold each other up during this difficult time, and impress upon ourselves a little bit of Mr. Russert. Go get' em, sir!
