  • مشهد جميل جداً..

    الله يوفقهم يا رب

و يستعملوا عقولهم لصالح البشؤية مش لضدها..

  • Beautiful. Now let's hope they get that radio glitch fixed on the MRO so they can start digging asap.

  • Best thing is seeing them happy and relieved...

  • They weren't cropped. They didn't have enough time to transmit the whole picture. On future Odyssey passes, they will fill in the data. They get 32Kb down link, which is like a 36 Kilobaud dial up modem, and they have about 12-15 minutes per pass to transfer data.

I think some of them were stitched together mosaics of smaller images, also.

  • So why the portion in the pictures are croped. A perfect picture is taken but then its croped to show it to public. What is the reason behind this mate :)

  • haha so true

  • high compression "engineering" photos. They shoot through multiple filters to get color. They didn't have a lot of time to transmit and wanted to make sure the ship was ok.

  • why black and white pictures?
