see its just that hispanic is nota race so it cannot be close to the black race when in fact millions of black speak spanish themselves so it like a contridiction. me personally dont useor like the word hispanic or latino because they are both european and U.S lables to lump all spansih speakers together under a european identity which is wrong when the nativwes and africans have just as much cultural influence as spain or any other colonizer.
