How would you do this without a gi? Where would the left hand (the arm which uses the elbow to control the body) be?

Some people are great at Jiu Jitsu but don't know how to teach. Saulo Ribeiro is not only great but an amazing teacher. I bought his book years back and helped me improve big time. The guy is amazing, I hope he gets down to my area one of these days and does a seminar.

Saulo Ribeiro is so Freaking good at explaining technique to its easy to comprehend.... I I wish I lived in his area so I could train at the University of Jujitsu. Get his book called Jujitsu University if your just starting out and you won't regret it......
