What Roldos should've suggested was an ANC Resolution that prohibited Arellano Raffo from ever working in Ecuador's public sector & that the Attorney General's Office opens up a criminal investigation. In any case, the Superintendence of Cos. should be abolished as it serves no real social function. Roldos fucked up once more! His criminal legal judgment serves no real social function since it is very weak to deal with ANC resolutions that deal with criminals' behavior.

(1)In addition, fatso here was very weak in dealing with the ouster of the Superintendent of Cos., in Ecuador. Arellano Raffo was appointed to the post by the ANC as suggested by the President, Rafael Correa. However, once in power this corrupt public official (Arellano Raffo) set up phony legal contracts that could've been carried out by the institution's lawyers, if need be. In one case the contracted amount for phony legal services was at around US$1 million!

Otherwise, you'll have stupid Martha Roldos & followers, including her uncle, dictating the elimination of INTERAGUA's contract or CTG's functions without really knowing what they mean. In the case of Leon Roldos, he's a fucking lost cause. He's near seventy years old & acting like a seventeen year old conceptually speaking, because when he tries to get it up w/Maria Augusta, he just can't do it!
