I never understoon apologizing in sparring lol...your suppose to be practicing your technique, no need to apologize for it. Being hit is to be extremely expected, but whatevs guess its just a reaction.

@MegaTrev23 Thing is he rarely does cut to 170 and has to give up some of his purse because of it; kinda annoying for him, he's probably too short for middleweight but he's also a huge welterweight
Alves should be sparring with K-1 strikers instead

@clearviewhigh I don't think it's wack at all, I'm amazed at his ability to cut weight and to still maintain his strength, speed, and conditioning. It's unreal.
