Easily one of the greatest characters of the show, displaying his inherent coolness by heading out unarmed in his dressing gown for cheerios and - thanks to his reputation - getting a little something extra. It doesn't contain any major plot spoilers if you haven't yet got to season 4, although he has a different boyfriend than he does when he first appears in the show.

Omar goes to stash-houses and steals the re-ups when they arrive. Everyone's used to him showing up and shooting people who don't immediately hand over what he wants. That's why everyone always calls out "Omar coming" and "Omar Strollin'" and stuff like that when they see him coming, to warn others.
