A classic remake. I ran into Jordan & Janice on the streets of Shadowville last night, gave them a copy of some of the new material, hope you'll check it out & shoot me some critique.

Thanks, Will. I enjoyed watching one of the new Hogbottom Jam videos the other day. Jordan and Janis are heading to Atlanta for a few days but maybe they'll leave the CD at the house and I can check it out this weekend. Keep on rockin' in the Free World!

Hey, Jimmy. I have had that song runnin' round my brain for decades ... absolute favorite version is by Quicksilver Messenger Service. I'm not playing with anybody right now and the random band jam at Dailey's is closed so maybe it's a good time to work out an arrangement. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks, Chris. Gene's a good guy ... played in the UGA Redcoat Marching Band back in the early 80's and was on the Athens music scene in the REM days. His brother is a heavy-hitter jazz guitarist up in Atlanta (Sid Wolf). John the drummer also played in the Redcoat Band. Frankly, I don't know if you've even seen a UGA halftime show, but I don't know how they could put so many people on the field and maintain very high standards ... Haha!
