After getting coins and pants, more powerful railgun is available.

So, this railgun depends on her pants :D

@takethetrain Press and hold your fire button until you charge up mini Railgun Buster. You can also do that for bigger and heavier Railgun Buster in later stages.

It actually means "A Certain Railgun's Panties"

In the game dialog (story mode) Kuroko teleport-steals Mikoto's underwear as an effort to see her blushing cheeks -er, "enforce public morals" and so she goes on a quest to get her pantsu back without too many panty-less upskirtings.
