  • Your occupancy video is very helpful in better understanding the management term and the effects it has on agents. In particular your point on how high occupany increases an agents average handle time. Because of high call volume and back to back calls agents will tend to stay on a call longer and unecessarily utilize wrap to get a break or recover before taking the next call.  Great stuff Clive keep it coming!
