Krishna during his childhood and adolescence had many mischievous episodes in Gokul where he lived and all the damsels were besotted by him and his escapades! stealing the cloathes of cirls while theywere in the river and breaking the pitchers of water and butter etc were just a part of his mischief mongering which endears his personality to his devotees equally! It is now part of folk lore culture literature and music!

it's depicting many pastimes. first stealing of dress since gopis wanted krishna as their husband,krishna use to do this so that radha may get angry on him and say unpleasant words. krishna wanted to see radha in that mood but radha says i won't say any bad to you. also teasing me everyday, then pot of butter, and i think at 2:32 finding everything perfect krishna kissed radha.actually krishna has everything but not one thing and that is his heart stolen by radha. RADHA MAI TOSE HARA

not sure, but I think she is potraying the story when ShriKrishna took clothes of gopi while they were taking bath, and gopi's insist him to give clothes back.
