BTW I'm not an xian. I don't follow any xian faith at all. I don't hate jesus, I'm sure he was a nice guy but I don't believe he is what the bible says he was. I also don't believe the bible to be the word of god. Nor do I believe the story of jesus is true, I feel he was a combination of several stories of different ppl and mythology. Evidences support this with the time frame of his birth being mixed up.

@sukka113 Actually the Orthodox churches are as old as Catholicism. However, jesus himself NEVER founded theses churches. Theses churches were based off superstitions, just as the rest of the xian churches. The only differences is, the churches we call the early churches were able to have a foundation longer than the others. Mostly because they slaughtered all the other ideas out there. I don't think a religion from a man who preached peace would be slaughtering so many ppl.

If you can look to Jesus and see an astounding love as He slaughters Himself for us, haters of Him, you are saved and the works you do automatically come from the joy you receive from your salvation.

Well, I like how Philipp Melanchthon put it: "In essentials, unity; in differences, liberty; in all things, charity." They must all have the basics: Jesus was born of a virgin birth, He died for our sins, if we repent our sins and believe in Jesus we can live eternally in Heaven one day, only one true God, etc.
In differences all churches have freedom to stand out a little bit but not let it change the essentials.
Also, let all the churches be pleasing and kind to all through charity, helping

The verse that mentions the "rock" you are referring to is taken totally out of context. The "rock" is the revelation to Peter that: "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God." Mat. 16:16

Thanks for this video!!! Either people try to make Christ into what they need (Protestants etc etc etc...) Or people become what Christ wants them to be (Catholic)

Truth, the state of being in accord with fact or reality

@bmehoota define truth

@sukka113 And How do you absolutely know this is true?
you have taken that verse out of its correct context. Jesus is not speaking literally, he is speaking to the pharisees and condemning them because of there pride. Luke calls abraham the 'father of the faith'. Peter even refers to himself as 'the father'Corinthians 4:14-16

@bmehoota Yes, Catholicism is the only 'reasonable' religion. Any other is based on mere superstition.
Protestant/Orthodox Christianity are offshoots of the one true faith that Christ himself founded.
