this karate style still alive ?...i mean the people keep training like this ? hurting them selves ?. i practice the shindo jinen-ryu karate style. and is safer than this style, but anyway shindo jinen-ryu karate style is as strong as this style.

@Namriu94 tue it is had to find a good dojo and a master and it is very hard to achieve a good level of training....but karate is still cool

Kyokushin is delivered from Shotokan-ryu and Goju-ryu, so techniques are similiar. And every martial art has it's qualities. There is no bad and good!!!!
