@xxjoycexxx I wouldn't think ppl would have trouble with setting the time.. ive only had my gixxer for three days and i figured it out (and im a total squid lol)... u press the select button until u get to the clock, then if i recall correctly u hold it until the hour starts to blink, u press the upper button to adjust hours, then press select again then do the same to adjust minutes, then select to get out..

06-07 it's the shift light brightness

It's actually small circles. You can have 1-5 of them. I think it may be the brightness of the shift light. Haven't tried it yet, what do you guys think?

Just picked up an 07 600 and got it on the first try, thanks man!! I did have a question while setting the shift light I noticed you can change what looks like oil cans from 1-5. What is that?? My bike didn't come with a manual and google hasn't helped.
